Chobot?

yesterday at the park their was a chobot a weird chobot called Chobot with a capital C not the chobot mod chobot but Chobot is it a mod,agent? you cant click on it werid ?? i might see him today and find out maybe he could be chobot in Locsecret or maybe he could be a HACKER it must be a glitch or a hacker maybe a secret mod who knows???
